To expand our team we are looking for Ukrainian-speaking job coaches living in the Biezenmortel area. You are also fluent in English (and/or Dutch).
As a job coach you have a fixed location at our office, from where you support the Planning and HRM departments and you visit our temporary workers at their home location or workplace at various locations in a radius of about 50 km from the office.
BAM Works specializes in the recruitment and selection of migrant workers from different European countries (including Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Romania and Bulgaria) working and residing in the Netherlands.
Within BAM Works, the job coach is responsible for social guidance and maintaining contact with the migrant workers who use the housing offered by BAM Works. You will work closely with the team in the office and then work independently on your tasks.

Verantwoordelijkheden
What are your duties?
- You are in daily contact with the labor migrants and colleagues for optimal flow of information.
- You maintain contact with the migrant workers about procedures at BAM Works.
- Housing issues, family matters, questions about payments related to statutory deductions, damage file etc. you can effortlessly handle.
- You supervise sick leave projects.
- You take care of the consultation hours at the work or residence location of the labor migrants.
- You take care of administration (documents, recording of information, etc.).
- You sit in on performance reviews with clients and migrant workers in order to solve language barriers and you take care of good reporting of these reviews.
The work is during office hours, between 24 and 32 hours a week.
Wat is jouw kracht?
This is you:
- You speak Ukrainian.
- You speak English well (C1 or C2) and/or Dutch
- You have a valid driving license B.
- You can handle Microsoft Word and Excel and you are handy with the computer.
- Experience with P4F is an advantage.
